Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Quantitative Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, implement, and evaluate financial models that drive core trading strategies and risk frameworks across our platforms. Key Responsibilities • Recommend model structures and data collection methodologies to enhance financial analysis and forecasting accuracy. • Develop and test software systems for evaluating market risk, liquidity exposure, and counterparty credit risk. • Build and maintain core reporting tools for performance monitoring and risk assessment. • Identify and track operational metrics to ensure trading systems perform optimally. • Use independent models and verification tools to validate analytical results and system outputs. • Create visualizations and dashboards to track trading strategies, liquidity pools, and lending protocol data for both internal and client use. • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop data-driven solutions and present strategic insights to senior leadership and clients. Qualifications • Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial modeling, quantitative research, or data analytics. • Strong programming skills and familiarity with financial systems and risk analytics. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • No travel required.
